Serves 4-6
Ingredients
- 1.5 Cups Greek Yogurt
- 2, 1.5 oz bags free range, no nitrate/nitrite added Turkey Jerky (I like the Think Turkey Jerky. You can also use grass-fed Think Beef Jerky)
- 1 Tomato, chopped
- 3 Green Onions, Chopped
- 1 tsp Garlic, Minced
- 2 tsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil
- 1 tsp black pepper
To Make
- Break Jerky into small pieces.
- Combine all the ingredients together.
- Refrigerate until dip is cold.
- Serve cold with whole grain crackers, chips, or pita bread. Some of my favorite whole grain “dip holders” are: Mary’s Gone Crackers Super Seed Everything, 5.5 Ounce and Farmhouse Culture Kraut Krisps Snack, Sea Salt.
