Tips For Losing Weight When You Crave Sweets

  1. Limit your sweets to weekends or one day a week or one meal a week.
  2. Eat fruit every time you crave sweets.
  3. Keep sweets out of the house. If they are not there, then you can’t eat them.
  4. Avoid the sweet aisle in the grocery store.
